Default Sti MY04 PPP vs Sti V5 Type RA

Reading quite a few good things about the type ra with with it being lighter and the gearing being differant. It also has the advantage of having DCCD.
So my question is in the "realworld" which would come out tops in drive a bility and having the "fun" factor?

By the way my STi MY04 has the prodrive springs and 18" wheels, which I feel make quite a bit of differance to the standard spec.

The RA is over 200kgs lighter than the my04, in a straight line my money would go on the ra everytime. Plus to get a V5 RA to 320bhp is a remap away.
