Just got back from the intro course at Brands Hatch and what a blast it is too.
I never thought that a standard BMW 3.18 saloon would be so much fun on the race track.
I also had some laps in a formual first.
I thoroughly recommend the course, for ~£130 it's great value.
Thanks
Sonu

I`d have to disagree Sonu. I did the intro course about a year ago and found it interesting...........but honestly a bit boring!!!!
Due to the intro its rpm limited; I think 4K in the BM and 4.5K in the Ford - 4K in the BM was about 75mph on the straight - it felt like I was walking round!!!!!
Best part of the day for me was the Hot Lap at the end in some scanky yellow thing driven by a nutter!

A friend went last year. But SHE was fed up of been black flagged for speeding. A WOMAN speeding?! is that possible.
Personally i'd highly recommend Thruxton as its the fastest curcuit and they ENCOURAGE you to drive as fast as possible. Plus if your a lanky git like me you get upgraded to a bigger faster machine.
