Red face Burglar Alarm

Anyone got a C&K Securitech panel for there house alarm? just bought house and want to change the code and the exit duration.

please help as dont want last owner to come back for my Scoob and disarm house alarm to get me keys

I'm not sure if yours is the same but on mine to change user code....

enter existing code, press *9 then 1 four lights illuminate, enter new code, for every digit pressed one light will extinquish. Once new code is entered the panel will give an accept tone.

I cant help with the exit duration as you need to get into engineers programming mode, which i don't have the instructions for. Oh and you'd need the engineers code too.

Default Securitech problem

I have a securitech Active 5 which prevents me from exiting when setting without activating alarm. Also cannot set chime anymore or part set. Have recently changed internal battery. Cannot access link you posted which I suspect might give me the answer. Can you give any assistance or advice, please

Can you not contact the previous owner to ask? When we brought our house with a fitted alarm, the previous couple showed us how to use it.
