How can i get the scooby sound out of my legacy?

it's 2 quiet !

If you dont want to spend much money an upgrade backbox would make a difference.
De-cat would be nice.

Assuming its a flat 4

The 'sound' comes from un-equal length exhaust headers; if your car doesnt have them then it will sound just like a conventional in-line 4 cylinder car. Un-equal length headers are used to cut cost btw, not to add performance so fitting them would be a step backwards.
