Scooby beats Evo...Official
Just got the latest EVO with car of the year and the Type 25 came 6th which is great.....the Evo MR 340 came 9th!!!!!!!!!.

Oh god..... what is it with people.... they are cars! that's all 
one mag says one thing, a different says another. It's boring. It makes you all look like Sun readers who have no mind of your own other than what somebody tells you. I won't go into how petty you make yoursleves look hurling insults at each other because of cars.... lol

Next it will be scoobys bottom ends dont go or melted piston or piston slaps are history.Look us scooby owners cant compete on standard form on reliabilty to handling compared to a mitsy stop kidding yourself. As said on a previous thread last week a mitsy can run 1.5 bar on standard internals without mapping.I have seen so many blown scooby engines its unreal .Ask dave at API he makes a living repairing them .Both the evo and the scooby are great cult status cars.just enjoy driving them like i do .i have both

Compare a £30k scoob to a £30k EVO and tell me which is quicker. For too long more expensive JDM EVOs have been compared to UK Imprezas of a lower price.
Misti could only dream of selling, manufacturing and marketing cars like Subaru do.
Havent Misti gone bust yet?...their product placement is neither here nor there.

sorry guys ,i agree x scooby owner long time ago 95 wrx (and i know the new ones are so much better and faster )i like scoobys just ask my m8 phil (evo 8 owner) he hates me for liking them. but the scooby vs evo thread started on this forum (this time ) by the way my evos 450bhp so that type 25 and evo 400 fq both sound pants

Areil Atom is a road going track car, they weigh about 450kgs and the 220 edition has 220bhp giving over 400bhp/ton. Suppose to be serious fun

I love imprezas and I love evos. But given the money I paid for my car, the only evo I could afford was the III, and the scooby equivilent was much better. Cant believe anyone would pay £10k for an evo 4 when you could get an STi 5 Type r for that money.
Anyway, I only think evos are nice when you get to the evo 6 and onwards. They are lovely motors, however, if you look at the sales figures, subaru kills them. they sell that many scoobies for a reason, and no matter what evo owners say - if evos were better they would sell more than imprezas.
However, I'd like to have one of each
