Default Harnesses for an Sti 8

Has anybody fitted harnesses to their Sti 8 ? was it an easy job ? and could they be removed after the track day ( is there enough room for them to be uncliped from the eye-bolts ) ?

thanks for any replies

Whole thread on this 3/4 weeks ago. Try a search. IMHO if you're near any race/rally preparation firms try tham for advice first.

Gangsta Smurf has fitted them to his WR1. He might be along to offer some advice. Otherwise take a look in Southern, he can normally be found in there!

Exclamation

Is it wise to fit harnesses to a road car seats? The position of the rear anchor points would cause the belts to pull down on the seat backs, a loading the seats are not designed for. In an impact the seats could fail.
