Upgrade advice for MY94 Sti
hi all,
I have a MY94 Sti import which has no mods, i purchased a panel filter not too long back and am now looking for my next treat.
I have been told to decat it next, (btw i want to make it a bit meatier sounding). Is this the best next option and if so what type of decat should i get, bear in mind not a great budget.
Will decat give me power increase and sound increase?
Suggestions welcome.

yes 
start off with a downpipe back system to keep the cost down, should cost around 350 for that, then add a decat downpipe after that for around 200 quid
