There's some good points in here - http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthrea...9&page=1&pp=30, although it goes off topic a good part of page 2/3
A mention of the VF23/24 here and a good description of the effect of the exhaust housing size - http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=377782

From reading your posts, it seems as if yiou intend to buy the bits the TEK3 was mapped for, fit them to your car, and hope for the best?
Well, you'll get SOMETHING, but maybe not the best, Bob would be the first person to tell you that every car is different, in what mapping it can safely take.................Bob always maps so that the engine is safe. That's why you can't just ring him and ask for a map for these parts, or those parts, and he does it and sends you the ecu, it doesn't work like that. If you want the best, by all means fit the bits, then go back to Bob to have it fine tuned, I guarantee you won't be disappointed, and your engine will be safe.
