Try What Car Insurance which is via Liverpool and Victoria. I am with Kwik Fit cos they were cheapest last March but my car is standard 99 UK Turbowagon. The ins. co. is Norwich Union though.

try confused.co.uk or elephant.co.uk Admiral were cheapest for me via confused. Quotelinedirect is another option.
keep trying different sites the 04 STI came out cheaper than a standard WRX! still £700 quid protected etc.

Norwich Union is as cheap as chips.
I was quoted under £600 for my classis shaped UK impreza turbo, and I have 3 pts on my licence and I have recently made a claim.
You can change the excess and reduce the quote dramatically.
