Arron do you know if your Alpine unit is better than the one I will be getting in my new WRX in January? If so, I may be interested.

Thanks to Simon.
Prompt response and service that can only be described as excellent.
New fascia and buttons on thier way "FOC" !!!!!!!
A few other suppliers may well be able to learn a little from that kind of service.

I would think that a Halfords special would be better than your standard head unit matey.
Give me a shout mate 07889904990

I just upgraded from a MK I to ECUtek version.

You can do much more on this, and I'm told you can even switch between maps and lots of other funky stuff. But I'm only on page 9 of the manual

A related question I guess. Could you do stuff with the SECS that you shouldn't do? I mean mess with the milometer and stuff? I imagine the right software would enable this. Damn cheap way for dodgy dealers to mess around with it if possible.
