I am after the sound of the classic scoobysport exhaust. Is the haywood and scott exhaust pretty much the same exhaust, did they manufactuer the original one of a few years ago? What has confused me is the scoobysport website(at top of this page) talks about the new improved scoobysport exhaust but mentions janspeed design? Is this scoobysport the same as the original or trading off its name?

If you want the original scoobysport go to hayward and scott as they still make it to pete croney's design.

Pete then refined the system and moved to Janspeed to take advantage of their facilities and processes to create a more advanced version.



Since pete ceasing trading, we've taken the name and rights on and are continuing the exhaust side from where he left off

We'll be happy to help, but if you want the old one, you'll need to go to H&S.

Thanks for the reply, makes a bit more sense now How does the new scoobysport exhaust compare to the original, noise and performance? Anyone had first hand experiance of both of these?
