TBH I'd change your username
Given that its your reg No and you've given a great description of your car, if you're lucky you might only get a few parking tickets.

Relax! Please take note of the smilies! Crikey you came in saying you had an Evo so I thought I'd have a laugh....I mean the Evo has to be a far better drive than the scoob right? Shesh, touchy!

PMSL - why do people always think that because he's given his reg it makes the car more stealable?
My 53 plate WRX is parked on the drive - everyone round here knows what it is (as I haven't debadged it). The reg number is YK53 BNB d'oh now everyone knows my reg and the car will promptly be stolen

What colour is it??? I can then put the plate on a stolen car of same colour... Its great i can just look on here for plates of same coloured cars i don't have to go out and look for them

Jamesemt,
I think SiDHEaD has just pointed out the reason...It's Nothing to do with theft , well not material theft, just identity theft.
I think Jay has a good point.

But the plate has to come off a green wrx... or plod (if he is spotted out and about) will know it's not the real number plate of the car.
Now where could he go to find out that info..............

Welcome L555BHT
Don't mind our old farty friend, he just gets a bit grumpy when he hasn't had his bovril!
saying that.. he's been around a while and done his time so he's allowed a bit of fun here and there!
