Looking at buying a subaru in the very near future.
Sti and imports are out of the question due to insurance costs.
Managed to get wrx insurance for just under 1k fully comp
Ive got a 12k budget.

So that leaves a bug eye wrx and a late model classic my00

Like bug eye most, but the performace stats are begining to put me of a tad. It dosnt sound that much of a quick car compared to the my00

But the my00 is a very dates shape now and i would be worried about resale value if i ever came to sell


Which would you choose and why?
Or would you wait and save up a bit more and buy an sti bug eye??

Think you're more likely to be able to sell a tidy late classic than an early bugeye.....and you'll be driving a bloody sight better looking car while you own it!

If you were asking me.... I would get a bugeye and PPP it or if its out of warranty chip/exhaust job
