Paint problems, help please
Hello all,
last week I left a new and unpainted spoiler with a paint shop here, who do the repairs for all the major garages so was expecting them to be good, however, I leave the car with them on Friday and disastor strikes........I get a phone call to tell me the tha paint is all cracked and bubbled on the edges - which it is! and they want another 120 quid to fix the problem as it's going to take more work, basically said I wasn't going to pay it so they offered me the spoiler back, no charge - which I pointed out to them was no good as I'd have to pay even more to have it fixed, which won't happen as having phoned another garage they won't touch it.
So, they have the spoiler till Tuesday to try fix the spoiler, my worry is, where do I stand if they still can't fix the spoiler??? apparantly it's now impossible to put the spoiler back to its original condition,
thanks all,
gooted!

Sorry that you're still having probs with this.
Can't they rub the spoiler down and start again? I had a few probs with mine the first time it was painted but was repaired and looks fine now.
If they've made a ***** up of the job, surely it's their responsibility to fix it?
