Yes I have purchased a car from them. My customer experience was very good.
My understanding is that DHC have been looking at expanding into the tuning/aftermarket performance parts market for some time.
I don't know anything about ZeroSports nor have I had any business dealings with them.

DHC were highly recommended when I was first looking at Imprezas back in 1998.
I've bought a few things from them back in 1999/2000 and was very impressed with their customer service.
