Help! Info needed asap. I have my eye on a 1997 Forester turbo that someone else has imported but not yet sva'd or registered. What do I need to do?? Do I need to arrange for the ESVA as it's post 31.12.96 and I didn't import it personaly or will the SVA do?? What is the correct procedure. I have tried the VOSA website but that is just totally confusing - talking about 'model reports' and the like. Some plain, simple old advice please
