eibach as recomended by TSL or you can go 4 prodrive springs eibach lower by 25mm but are the only spring maker to work with subaru and there damper rates but speak to gavin at TSL and say paul with the v7 sti wagon put you onto them i had there 333 conversion and have since humbled fellow scooby owners including a scooby clinic converted p1(sorry lads) and the smattering of e46 m3 drivers and 1 rallisport badged mitsi evo 7 good luck
