please leave here..

I'm in desperate need of something 38mm in dia and flexible to use as radiator hoses.. it needs to bend tightly and not kink...

non std location, higher / lower than normal..

SFS have let me down big time.. emails to samco, mendahose.. people visiting halfrauds for me..

Hopefully have some copper tube coming but cant cut or weld that..

For the copper find a plumber- they can cut and braze it for you no probs.

As far as flex hose is concerned, i can speak to our hydraulics supplier 1st thing if you're stuck, or maybe see if you have a local pertek or similar?

let me know if I can help matey,

Anyone who finds a good source please post on here or tell me.

I have an engine install in my off-roader that requires a very sharp kink in the radiator hose to clear the steering arms and oil pump take off without catching the alternator belt

Currently I'm using flexi-hose, but it doesn't like being bent at sharp angles

Demon tweeks do a full range of Samcos in that size and others... Don't know if that helps... - (includes a 135 degree elbow..)

Looks like something out of madmax

I use the same flexi-hose as Chiark's pic, but the 90 degree bend is alot tighter than that and it kinks restricting the flow

It doesn't overheat at the moment, but it does make me paranoid, I think I'll be taking a trip down the to the plumber merchants and solder up some mad pipework

Yeah.. it will do

Car gets no bigger, garage gets smaller due to more tools and bits though
