I sent a Prelude spoiler recently by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service
[Less than 10Kg, less that 1.5m long]
£9.62 (Cover up to £28)
Additional 50p for £100 worth of insurance (£1.15 for £250 & £2.25 for £500)
So £10.12 for me to send the spoiler
I packed it using the big 6" by 6" air bubbles (one layer) and then taped a big sheet of cardboard around it. Apparently it arrived in perfect condition.
[Forgot to mention that this service takes 3-5 working days]
