My car is still in the garage! :(
I got my 2003 WRX recovered by Subaru assist last weekend as my car was driving very rough and the engine light was on. The SA guy said the MAF had gone. Car went into the delaer. It is still there
The maf must take all of 30 seconds to change but they have still not done that. They say they drove the car and its fine....
Any advice before I got mental at them - already called them 3 times today....

Seems a rant was not needed - MAF is being replaced tomorrow and will be delivered back tomo avo - still 6 days to change a part that is held in with 2 screws seems a little long to me...

Were they waiting for a go ahead on the warranty?
I know it's frustrating waiting for your car but it's not always the garage's fault

Let me think, if this was a Subaru garage, would you not expect them to keep the basic bits in stock, like MAFs, air and oil filters ... I find they dont!
Why several days to order it and get it in ??
