The Spec C and the standard STI now have the same engine (apart from the turbo, where the Spec C has roller bearings as opposed to sleeve bearings). This revised engine has AVCS on both camshafts and is controlled by a new, more powerful ECU, which leads to the increased torque.
The standard STI now also gets the Spec C's suspension geometry (including a slightly longer wheelbase), narrowing the performance gap between the two. The difference is now really just the Spec C's lighter weight and big IC waterspray tank in the boot.
The WR Limited is, as far as I know, based on the MY04 and isn't really very special at all - I suspect it's just a way to get rid of left over MY04 cars now that the rather more interesting MY05 is out. Link in English
