In case you ever drive through Richmond Park, I was on my mountain bike this afternoon and noticed the speed police were out catching people who dared to go beyond the newly introduced 20mph limit (was 30 and I've never seen a single accident in the park in the 8 years I've lived in the area).

Fair enough in some circumstances, but a bit below the belt imho as they were hidden under a tree (which they only got their car to by driving between bollards which were in place especially to stop people parking on the grass.

In the 3 mins I was there they issued tickets to 2 drivers.
