How much does your scoob cost each month ?
Bit of a nosey question but still.
Including Insurance, petrol and monthly payments for the car (if paying monthly) How much does your Subaru cost you each month, roughly and what model is it ?

No idea and to be honest I dont want to think about it! P1
Last month:
£220 service
£445 new tyres and tracking
£100 (?) tracker subs
£45 MOT
Optimax, £dunno
Roll on the £900+ insurance for the year in Oct
At least it isn't depreciating anymore The scary part is paying £400 a month on a car thats losing the same each month.

£100 a month in insurance if I break it down
£150 in petrol (half of which is to go to meets though)
£13 a month on car tax (thats about what it works out isnt it?)
not had any service bills etc yet but we'll soon see. then u got mods if u decide to mod it
so looking about £260+ a month to own an impreza...hmmm might have to rethink if its actually worth it alot of money there that I could put towards a better future

When I got rid of my MY00 after 2 years I worked out the monthly cost from new for doing 1000 miles a month. Taking into account fuel, insurance, depreciation etc. etc. it worked out at £700 a month...
Surprisingly enough I wouldn't even consider owning another one (or any new car come to mention it)!

Mine works out at about £1400 a month....I know the yearly cost so just divided by 12 - but then I'm doing 35000 miles a year.

Opted out of a company car scheme last month so did the numbers to death on lots of Imprezas from classic to new blobeye. For me cheapest option was a 3 year old low mile bugeye which 'should' cost no more than £500 per month inc depreciation over 3 yrs & 60k - I hope!

MY02 wrx wagon - paid for from new.
Average running costs are nigh on £ 100 per week.
(including petrol costing £ 45 p/week.)
Pretty expensive - but what is life about if you have no pleasures
