I can't read japanese too well, but it looks the same except for a saab-style dash.

Hmmm, back to a 50 litre fuel tank for the Spec C, and 114mm wheel PCD as well. That'll be a pain in the **** for all the Group N teams, new stock of wheels needed.

hopefully it'll mean slightly more wheels to choose from for us mere mortals though.

Doesn't look like it. It seems that only the Spec C has the altered wheel size, so the choice for "mere mortals", as it were, will be no different to what it's always been.
