The aussie one that can do the 1/4 in 8.58 i think is the quickest! harveys is probably the most powerful in the UK, but does that make it the quickest?? not sure....

There was a new shape impreza at G force in aylesbury yesterday, had the reg 555, managed 430@wheels on the first run I seen. Didnt stick around to see if it got more but it was very impressive.
