As above really

tsl: 469.99 which includes VAT
Scoobyclinic : £450 ish mark
Subaru Mansfield £450
Just waiting on my local dealer to ring me back with price.
Only had the car since Feb04 but was shocked to find I need a service every 6 months..............think ill have to start selling some organs

Check your service book again. MY00 should have cambelt changed at 60K. Apparently, they started fitting better belts.
Check with your dealer. There shoiuld be some corroboration in the service schedule though.

I'm going back a few years but 45K service on MY96 was £350.00 plus VAt £411.25 at Lavender Hill in Enfield (included cambelt).
I only serviced mine once a year as opposed to six months as I was only covering 3-4K miles per annum. This might affect price on a private sale as technically it's not FSH but I traded in at dealer who didn't care.

Many Thanks for your help.........
I checked at dinner and found a 'Y' character within my chassis number.
Asked local dealership to confirm and thankfully they did......at this point they said my 45k serice would now only cost £154 inc VAT.
I assume this type of service would be basically an oil change?
Well its now booked in at Scoobyclinic for £60+VAT.
Thanks once again because I doubt Subaru would have informed me otherwise

I have a MY00 and i have spoken to several Subaru dealers in the area and they all say the same, cam belt change with service at 60K or 5 years (soonest). They asked me a few questions about the car to may sure it was a 2000 model and not just a 1999 car registered in 2000 though.
