Talk to it.

Like a flower, it will respond.

I always pop my bonnet and say 'good morning' to my engine.

And of a night after a good thrashing, I will never forget to say 'Goodnight'.

Sometimes I need to shout at it, but she takes it as informative feedback, bless.

Or you could try following the instructions written in your owner manual.

Easy
Warm the car up, dont exceed 3k for the first 5 miles, ensure you run the engine down after a long run, there should be a sticker on the drivers door saying run for 1 min before turning off, you can buy a turbo timer for this though
You dont need to run your car on super unleaded or optimax but you will gain benefits from it, even though it seems more expensive it works out at about the same price as you get an increase in MPG and better/smoother performance.

Apart from regular servicing from your dealer, the main turbo considerations are to allow the oil to warm up before booting it too much & after a drive, let the engine idle for a minute or 2.
