Switchable ECU ?

Default Switchable ECU ?

Hey folks.

Simple question, is there one out there/has it been done ?

IE: On the fly switching of power curves

Yes. The ECU's fitted to the New Age cars can be reprogrammed to offer this facility.

Ahh ok. I have a dual switchable ECU on my mx bike, one for traction on the start and then the performance one for afterwords.

Wondered if someone had done it for the fuel guzling cars such as scoobs, like 1 for economic money saving (towns/slow traffic) and a performance one.

yep, the pectel and motecs have it at least.

pectel has a choice of two maps, and also further compensation maps. also has a boost control pot which is fully programmable so it can turn off the boost to the level of the wastegate spring strength boost level which is very low in mine!

Most dual maps are used for different fuels. I will have a 97 map and a 98 with full bottle of NF map.
