Default STi 1, should I buy it?

Dealer at the end of my road has a MY94 STi 1 for sale.

Its absoltely mint, not a mark on it, interior is feckin amazing. Silver with nice Enkei wheels, otherwise looks totally standard.

Its up for 6500, but he said right away i could drive it away for 5900, so reckon I would get him down to 5500.

Downside? I'm 23 with 4 years ncd, will anyone insure me? Will they hell

Very tempted...

What the servicing like on these early models? It has 50k, is there a chart anywhere that lists all the service intervals and expected costs?

Hello R1916V,

Just caught this thread. I wont take offence to the 'dont like them in black comment LOL!! I have one.

You can look at my register for all these cars '100' and '200' cars - click my profile for the link to the site - you'll get plenty pictures and reasonable amont of information as well to help you.

Servicing is regular intervals as specified by Subaru - nothing out the ordinary.

Steppers car is a 94 STI, not a 95 v-ltd as quoted above. They were built in 94.

If you do buy it, then contact me for addition to the register

Cheers,
Mark
