Default type UK 300 ...

YO all

I have seen a bugeye (but with handlamp conversion - 4 smaller spots) , about 2 years old and 30,000) TYPE UK 300 - for 16,000.

Firstly, is this OK value ?

Also, whats the spec? Is that not the special addition 'uk approved' spec before the STI ? Whats the power etc ....

Any pros and cons ?

cheers

MArk

One of these

Spec changes to a standard WRX are cosmetic only. Seats, lights, lip spoiler, rear spoiler, colour coded mirrors and side skirts, UK300 mats and 18" Prodrive OZ wheels. I think that is it

When it was introduced it had the PPP pack option (before it was available to all)

And of course only 300 produced

All the best Pete

Have a look here as well ;

www.mudd90.freeserve.co.uk/news4.htm

Have a look on Autotrader site for an idea of prices. £15 - £16k seem typical.

Anything seen for under £15k is usually a bit up on the mileage.

They were a lot more than a standard WRX when new. According to Glass's guide information they were £24,815 for the 215bhp and a whopping £26,415 for the 242bhp version - not much less than a new STi with PPP is today
