Default help!!! removing crank pulley

im in the process of changing my cambelt and cannot loosted the bolt that holds the crank pulley to the crankshaft i've tried the car in gear with the brakes on and tried shocking the breaker bar but it wont budge, i'vce heard suggestions of locking the bar against the floor and jabbing the starter key to loosten it (coils disconnected !) but this seems a bit heath robinson to me any one else got any suggestions

help please!!
