I have opportunity to buy Impreza GT 1999, very cheap (about 4k E/$5k) because price for 1999 GT in Croatia is around 18k E ($ 21k), but its wrecked, and I don`t know is it worth to repair. What you think, aproximatly, how much money will I need for repair? My heart pulls me, but...
I trying to find prices for parts on net (OEM, like cooler, whole engine, dif...), but without sucess, do you know any?

bet you the price of the repair will cost more than the price of the car, hardest to source 2nd hand and most expensive bit will be replaceing the airbags id be weary of buying an impreza with the airbags deployed puerly due to the costs involved, plus the roof has been dinted due to the impact so the chassis must have twisted the car a little

I have to pay £2800 for it, and it worth £12000 if I repair it, so I can have my dream car very cheap. On not. Im . My friend wrack his scooby (impreza wrx `96), so I can use parts from his (side impact), for friendly price. Hm, can I use parts (engine, suspension, dif, gearbox,..) from impreza `96?

What you think, is £2800 too much for it?
