New Clutch Required
Infomation please.... I have a 96`P` ``UK `Wagon turbo with various mods on it which have been done by the three previous keepers. It appears to all be done quite well.
Full de-cat exhaust - Scoobysport downpipe, Magnex centre (no resonator) and backbox.
Dawes manual boost controller.
K&N filter
Iridium spark plugs
Godspeed 335mm disks, stainless hoses all round.
Uprated rear shocks.
It also has had ecu work done apparently and has a hks type h fuel cut defencer fitted plus hks ssqv bov dump valve.
Anyway I`ll get to the point with all this fitted what clutch should i go for ?
The car had one fitted back in july 2003 unknown which variety.
Bearing in mind I will be selling soon to upgrade to newer scooby.
Any comments would be gratefully recieved.

just for comparison, I changed the clutch in my last STi RA when I got it. It had an AP paddle in it, which slipped like crazy and we subsequently found it had no meat left on it.
I needed to sort the clutch quick as i was doing Rockingham with the MLR less than 48 hours away, and all I could get in time was a standard UK clutch which I thought would last about 3 minutes!
Eighteen months later, probably two dozen track days at least, and running circa 320/320 it was still going strong. I could get it to slip if I side-stepped the clutch in 2nd, but I really had to try.
Basically the clutches are usually strong- good as it ultimately protects the gearbox and drivetrain, but they are quite easy to fry if you're being daft and doing full bore starts all the time.
