NEONS - just wrong
A few nights ago I saw a WRX with a neon tube wedged in the bonnet scoop..... 
Exactly what that is doing to his air flow is anyones guess!

All wrong..........
He had an APS Front mount, TD05/6 20G Front entry by Andy Forrest, 550cc Injectors, Fuel pump, reg, headers, Rodger Calrk Motorsport induction kit, full 3" system front to back and not a cat in sight..etc. Re-map by Bob "Guru" Rawle and was running 375-400 BHP on a warm day with heat soak
at times like these you have to do something with the redundant bonnet scoop !!!

Perhaps you could put a chasing lightshow in there, a la Knight Rider. Or a list of the biggest ***** on scoobynet in scanning L.E.D.s. Or just a big, curled-up piece of dog ****e. You could spray it WR blue if you could find the right primer.

I thought the WRX is actually a replica from 2.0 sport. So there is no use of scoop at all. Thats why the guy fits a neon on it....Guess so.
