Default owners manual

Just picked up my MY99 Scooby last week and the 'dealer' I got it from has lost the nice leather owners pack with all the manuals in between when I test drove it and it got valeted. TIT
I know its a long shot but is there a place I can download one from or has anyone got a spare lying around that they wish to sell?
Thank god I took the service book to ring up the old owner and dealer otherwise I would be shagged !

Also the car had offcial Scooby warrenty left, so rung the warrenty people and the say it's only transferable if its a private sale? and becomes void if its sold through a dealer ( it wasn't an official dealer)
sound s a rip off to me as they want me to have the car checked out at the main dealers so I can buy another warrenty!!!! £300 for a year
Got a 12 month warrenty with the sale but it sounds like every other after market warrenty...ok till you try to claim

Apart from that and the fact it uses more juice than the 3.2 merc it replaced (gulp!) i'm happy
