Angry Help - advice needed fast - flat battery!

Have fallen for the old interior light left on trick and have a flat battery.

Idjut!

Need to get mobile ASAP so any advice greatly recieved!

Can I simply call out the AA to boost my battery to get it started without doing any damage to the electrical system?

Have an aftermarket immobiliser fitted - does this complicate the issue?

Any advice gratefully received!

Cheers
