Cheers for that! but you got more chance getting killed on route too the airport than on the plane might not be the same at the destination though, camping in Zambia & Botswana hope the wildlife's been fed

I do Manchester to Heathrow about twice a month. If you book early you can get it for less than that.

IMO its the only way to travel that distance, you get to your destination still awake and not knackered......oh and you get fed on the plane aswell. Foods not much better than Hilton Park Services but at least you dont have to add £25.00 for two sarnies and a can of coke

Some of the hotels near Heathrow give 15 days free parking, which is sometimes worth it, depending how long you are going - you go down the night before, park up, have a kip then fly off.

cheers for the replies done the hotel thing before when flying early but this ones 4.30pm. Booked the shuttle through the tour operator as the tickets can be changed if we don't make the connection, looked at the BA web site beforehand and is only a few quid cheaper.
