Default Thinking of buying this...

Hi... Buying my 1st scoob and am Very interested in this one.. Won't go into the details, but does anyone know what this black trim on the rear bumper is??? It's on both sides. Is it stuck on or something? Any help appreciated before I ask the dealer.

Hopefully the pic will work

James..
