Subaru's are on high alert.
Hi Lads,
I was driving my subaru impreza wrx today in Dewsbury as soon as i pulled my subaru out of my drive headed straight onto the main road as i drove i saw 3 cop cars parked up as i headed to the town center saw 2 more cop cars high alert for subaru's as i drove past 1 of the officers he put his siren on and pulled me over i got out of my car and asked the officer why he had pulled me he said there have been 2 subaru impreza racing today in the town center nocking some serious speed it was a silver subaru and a blue subaru racing to see how's car is faster they said that 1 of the car was a silver impreza on a M late and my car is silver and on a M plate he asked me was it you racing i said No officer it wasent me i said to him that subaru a very comman in Dewsbury i saud there are 3 subaru identical to mine so he gave me a producer and took my finger prints and said we are pulling all subaru's over and giving am a producer and are getting a lot of police on the roads due to,to many many subaru's are on the road and are breaking the law driving like looney's as i was goning off he said you might just drive up the road and get pulled by an other officer and told me not to be suprised as police are on very hight aleret on subaru's only Subaru's any 1 eles had this today in the dewsbury area.
Best of luck as i have parked my car up into my drive until things get cooled of i dont think this is right only pulling suabru's and only beeing hight alert on subaru's i just dont feel like owning a subaru any more.
not happy at all.

ummn bloody tossers...
They have very little info, obv no full reg plate of the offending cars etc, so what good from an investigating point pulling all subaru drivers who loosley fit the bill I don't know... Not as if they have enough evidence to convict etc..
Perhaps one of our police type on here can shed some light/logic on their behaviour..
I would take this up with the local station, seems completly unneccessary to me & pointless.
Oh well

are you kidding? these maniacs were driving at stupid speeds through a town centre, someone could have been killed
if they do nothing they get a battering, and if they pull cars over they get criticised
I am not a great fan of the police when it comes to traffic enforcement, particularly cameras, but in this case, they seem entirely justified (i know Desbury well.there is a dual carraigeway called the mad mile upto the M1,they could have raced there, many do,but to race down the hill into the town centre is suicidal)

So the plod pull every Subaru in sight, if and when they just happen by chance to stop the prevoiusly offending car and driver, they will just come clean and admit to everything you think ???? .... LOL

I was told they got up to the speed of 90mph driving around the town center racing to see who's subaru is faster or if it was just a good laugh to them who know's but i know that the police have not got enough evidence to prosecute them so why pull all subaru's
the officer did say they are going to be on hight alert on all subaru driver this summer.

think your missing my point here...
what is the point of the Police pulling every Subaru driver for something that they cannot take to court due to lack of evidence??...the answer there is no point... just pi$$'s off the driver & helps to alienate the police further....
or perhaps...
they have loads of free time as they must of caught all the robbers/rapists etc etc to waste time on this type of incident that cannot help the safety of the public in the future in anyway.

Plod: Now then son, were the the idiot racing through town this morning?
Idiot: No officer, I was snuggled up in my bed dreaming of daisies and daffodils. {Hahaha, stupid plod!}
Plod: Right you are, drive safely now young man.
What they should be doing is telling the jam sarnies to keep a low profile and setting the unmarked cars out to try and nail these bozos.
Bonkers.

I cant think of one single stretch of road in dewsbury town centre where a car could reach 90mph without crashing into a building or runing over a pedestrian... especially on a saturday! from experiance cops have more sense than to stop ALL scoobs...
BTW i was in my silver wrx and mate was in his P1 this morning in dewsury town centre and we wern't speeding.

There is no way on earth you had your fingerprints taken on a traffic stop, therefore I (and many others) conclude that YOU are the wannabe here.
Case dismissed...NEXT

Then Shadowscoob woke up and it had all been a dream
I mean taking fingerprints at the side of the road.... yeah right.... also do you not have to have been cautioned or arrested before they can do that, unless you consent of course......
