What do you mean?
The number i gave is for a wagon or all v5 ecu's are wagons.
If the number is for a wagon, can it still be used in my 1993 4dr wrx import?
Thanks
Johnny

The V5 is one of the specific WRX Wagon ECU's for the early classics.
It will fit in your car, but the ECU's for the early WRX saloons will be mapped for the TD05 turbo that the saloons have as standard, whilst the Wagon ECU's will be mapped for the TD04 turbo that they have as standard.
Also, the Wagon maps are slightly detuned to around 220ps for that era.
In short, don't put it in your car. A Z4 ECU is a much more appropriate and better option for you.
Out of interest, is there a V5 knocking around for sale somewhere then? I ask because I've got a ScoobyECU'd V5 in my car and a standard spare ECU might be handy to have.

No problem.
There have been quite a few Z4's in For Sale recently - might be worth a trawl through there just in case no-one snapped them up. Seen a few on ebay recently as well.
Other than that a breakers will be your best bet, but they are quite highly prized and seem to be difficult to get hold of.
