Smile Jap STI "Anorak" needed!

I need some advice on Japanese STI cars (classic) - can anyone help me out..?

On a 1998 STI 5, shouldn't the ariel be on the drivers side pillar? When did Subaru last put the ariel on the rear nearside quarter?

Thanks!

Kel

Cheers matey. To be honest i'm a bit confused about this whole ariel business: All of the old WRXs i see knocking about (V2's) have the ariel on the NSR quarter. I had a V3 RA and the ariel was on the drivers pillar. I have a friend with an STI V5 RA and his is also on the pillar, yet i've just been to look at an STI 5 and it was on the NSR quarter! Argh!

LOL

So the verdict is: when buying Scoobys it doesn't matter where the ariel is on the car?

Cheers lads
