Question STI version

How can i tell which model my Wagon is I,II,III,IV,V or VI... i was told it is a version III but looking a pics on the net it looks like a V without the little pink sti badge on front wings do these stick on....
Please help

There are plenty of ways of telling them apart simply by looking under the bonnet, provided of course that you know what you're looking at.

If you're not up to that the easiest way is to look at the Applied Model code, which will be on the ID plate on the driver's (or passenger's, I forget which) side suspension turret. Once you know what the code is, look it up here.

Version 3 was 1997, version 4 was 1998 and version 5 was 1999. Not quite true as they go from september to september. Checking the model code will tell you for definite.
