What is this and is it any good. Been looking to get one for ages. are there any noticeable changes?

It won't give you a power boost, but will allow you to set the correct fuel pressure when you're tuning. Only worth doing once you start looking at big power tuning. Hope that helps.

Made a difference to my highly tuned Astra 16V GTE but not applicable to my Scoobies. When you start tuning your Scoob a good starting place is an uprated Walbro fuel pump 255 litres per hr and FSE fuel pressure regulator 1:1 (ie not rising rate)
