Removing rear light clusters.
I need to take out the rear light clusters on my Classic wagon to reseal them. It seems that the trim in the luggage compartment needs to come off, but there are no obvious locking trim buttons. How do I do it, please?

Im not sure about wagons, but the trim on a 4 door simply pulls off. There are a couple of lugs that pop off when you pull the trim. Oh, and prepare for a lot of pushing and prising to get the units out
That sealer is a fooking nightmare to separate from the bodywork.

IIRC from when I did mine, the trim panel may have 1 screw in it but otherwise is a push fit afair that justs pops off, but beware not to damage the clips when putting it back.
I'd undone all the cluster nuts and couldn't get it off , so concluded there must be one more, and there it was hiding behind the trim panel.
Yopu don't actually have to fully remove the trim panel you can partially remove and leave it situ and then just reach around the back of it - which is what I did.
Sealed it up with some gutter/roof sealant from the DIY shop, and it's been fine for nearly 2 years now.
