Picked her up yesterday? coule of questions?

The car had a 12 month service at 4k miles, when is the next service due? I think 10k not 20k, but how will they stamp the book?

Also what oil would they have put in at that service? semi or fully synth?

0-40 or 10-40? Will it depend on dealer if so ill call em?

What do dealers say when asked "What fuel is recomended for the WRX?"

do they say 97 is needed or say they recommend it? My filler cap says 98 RON only

Ive had MY03 just over a month now and same position.
Had done 6500mls so they have it the 10,000mls service before delivery.

Just make sure you service her every 10,000 from now (go by miles in log book)

Semi synth is what the dealer told me to use

Optimax is the best fuel I find with mine

Services are either by mileage or year-to-year depending on what comes first so theoretically <sp?> your car is covered for another 12months or 10K what ever happens first. I always thought high performance engines should be run on fully synthetic oil, check with your dealer as to which he has used. Fuel either SUL or Optimax, try and avoid sticking in superamrket fuel if you can avoid it. Otherwise ENJOY
