Thanks Tim..

ok here's some reasons why not,
roof vents on rally cars are to let in cool air in hot and humid countries. Last time I checked this was a feckin cold country.
your name states sti8 so you must have an my02 or maybe my03 Sti type Uk which is probably worth 17-22k. Cutting a big hole in the roof is at best going to dissuade buyers come sale time and at worst knock a large lump off that.
if it goes horribly wrong you might find yourself needing an umberella every time it rains
edited to say - i doubt it would affect warranty though

Tim i aint sure its a great idea but Matt could have put it a little better i think .....
The spec C has one as standard, why not buy one of those? As for warranty yeah I expect it would affect it coz they will try anything to get out of paying .
By the way im having a TSL fake one fitted on Friday WHY?? coz i like the look, its bonded not drilled so can come back off and coz i dont give a flying **** what anyone else thinks .......mine is a MY03 as well

A proper roof vent is worth having.. Helps clear the windscreen in winter, keeps your car cool whilst blasting it, helps let curry/beer related smells out too
