Default When are you to old

As above, when are you to old for all this, noisy zorsts, big wheels, Tints the list is endless. My sons always say that Scoobs better than yours Dad, just because mine is totaly standard. I admit that when I hear a Scoob I turn my head and smile, so I guess I'm not to old but just wondered what you lot thought. By the way I'm 44 years young. Not to old is it.

Hopefully NEVER!

I have wanted a Scoob for years and never had the opportunity until last year. It may only be an my93WRX, a bit noisy, a firm ride, cost me a fortune to run compared to other boring motors I've owned, but who the hell cares!
It leaves me with a big grin every time I drive it.
Long may it continue . . .
You enjoy your scoob while you can, your only here once.

PS I've got nearly 4 years over you . .

My Dad had delivery of his MY04 GX Sports Wagon a couple of weeks ago and he's 65 in September! It is totally standard... ...but then again he has only just got it!

I keep on emailing him links to WRX bonnets, scoops and the like on ebay, though his reply was 'why do I need a scoop - I'm not selling ice cream!'

I did talk him into buying a set of WRX wheels from a bug-eye, he should be getting tyres for it next week. 15" rims just look too small for the car, 17"s will look much better.
A Magnex 4" x 6" backbox (like mine) will be his birthday present!

Never too old, every time I climb in my Sti it still sends shivers down my spine,
the noise the hard ride the admiring glances from kids and adults alike, and then get it on the track- say no more, feel like 17 again.
Wakey wakey 46 soon!!
