Ebay users.... beware
Maybe, you all know already, but just in case, there's been a spate of bogus emails being sent out, looking like genuine ebay ones, asking you to verify you account details, and credit card/ bank details.
I received 3 in a week, and almost fell for them, it wasn't until i read down the page, and the questions were biased towards the US, and asked things that nobody normally asks, that i smelt a rat.
So be careful.

I have been getting them for the last couple of months, usually about 5 or 6 a week!!
I forward them to spoof@paypal.com , they then record them and investigate.

Happens with eBay and PayPal.
Normally you can spot them a mile off cos of the dodgy english/spellings
But occasionally theres a pretty realistic looking one.
Basically neither eBay or PayPal will ever ask for passwords via email.
Heres one i got a few days ago thats looks official, but isn,t!!
The link asks for you account password. Nice - then they can send themselves a nice little sum from your account.
