Question Rally Graphics, what's your experience

Just curious as to what sort of experience other people had with Rally Graphics on their cars. Was just responding to another post and got thinking.

Back in 1998 when I first got my Scooby it came with very minor graphics on the car. There were some Subaru logos and World Rally Champions graphics. It wasn't the full kit by any stretch and was fairly tame or so I thought. After a couple of months I was so sick of everyone wanting to race me I stripped the lot off, even the subaru 2000 AWD logo on the back!

Have other people had the same experience or was I just targeted for being an overgrown boy racer, I'm in my mid thirties after all

Maybe my problem was that it was sorta inbetween, no where near fully stickered up but then still enough to stand out...? There was a noticable difference in attitudes when I debadged the lot.

It's going as soon as the WR1 gets delivered so not much point now I guess.

Maybe I should sticker up the WR1, personally I like the ice blue colour but maybe some people who don't would prefer it if I covered the whole lot up...

S.B., that photo of your car, wasn't taken near reading was it? Just after I got my car I had to go do a demonstration of some software to a housing organisation somewhere near Reading. Can't remember exactly where, sure it will come to me. Think it began with a W for some reason.

Anyway, had to park in this car park overlooking an office building just like in your photo. Had a bunch of people all get up and start gawping out the window and one or two giving me thumbs up. Don't like the attention at the best of times...

I was well shocked to walk in and find the same bunch of people waiting on me to do the demonstration. Spent twenty minutes talking cars!

Got a sale out of it too

Having just recently purchased John F's ra I am having good and bad experiences with a rally rep.

It's great that people stop you at garages to chat about the car, young lads shout across the street giving you the thumbs up, even the nova boys wave.
It certainly turns heads when you drive down any road

Bad side to it..... every prat thinks your up for a race.

Either have no stickers, or FULL stickers.

They dont look good, just having the odd sticker, it's all or nothing

Nevetas.
Blethering Sh1te.

It's class to have just the right ones.

Even the "Rally Boys" can spoil a MOTA.
