difference between snooper s5 & s5-r ?

anyone know the differences ?

i've got an s5 for sale at the mo and the s5-r's seem to be going for more:-

The s5 was revised due to reports it caused interferrance with military equipment ?? (no recall issued ?)

The warning ranges are the same, it just had a tweek or two inside to do with the frequencies a couple of years ago I think it was.

Both pick up Supermarket doors, burglar alarms and microwave ovens equally well.. so I wouldn't be too bothered about which I chose

PS Sold mine as twas crap

as do all detectors since gatso's happen to use the same band. not a fault with the detector. i've found the s5 to be very useful but no longer have a use for it....
